My mind now shifts from the illusion that all things and myself are separate. I know we are all oneness. Each element no matter how big or small is critical to balance form and function.

For that which has power to affect another creates imbalance. I understand that to give power to such a source imbalances me and in turn the universe. When there is balance in me there is also power.

Love for myself above all else is what is my priority. I can love infinitely, however, always leave space for the love of me.
